Privacy Policy

Overview

This policy explains what the Marcel's Inner Circle Hub partner app collects, why, and what control you have. The App is operated by Celmedia L.L.C-FZ, Business Center 1, M Floor, The Meydan Hotel, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E..

What we collect

Account and profile — your name, email, phone number, Instagram handle, headshot photo, agency details (name, booking link, video link), and your hellow page slug.

Program activity — lesson progress, daily logs, streaks, rank history, certifications, program ratings, and comments you post in lesson discussions.

Sales workflow — the leads HQ assigns to you, pipeline stages, and the activity you log against them (calls, emails, notes).

AI conversations — the messages you send to the AI Assistant and Training Support, including screenshots you choose to attach.

Voice calls — if you use “Call Marcel”, the audio of the call is streamed in real time to our voice provider to run the conversation, and a text transcript of the call is saved to your chat history.

Analytics and diagnostics — product-analytics events about how you use the App and, to help us fix problems, session-replay recordings in which all text and form inputs are masked, plus crash/error diagnostics.

Security logs — a shortened (truncated) IP address and your browser/device user-agent on certain sensitive actions, kept to secure the App, prevent fraud, and maintain an audit trail.

Device and usage — push notification tokens for devices where you enable notifications, basic app/device information, and activity timestamps (like when you last opened the App).

How we use it

To run the program: tracking progress, computing ranks and certifications, surfacing celebrations, and showing your commission records.

To operate the AI features, deliver notifications you enabled, moderate community spaces, provide support, and protect program integrity.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

AI processing

Messages to AI features are processed by Anthropic (Claude) to generate replies. We send only what the feature needs — your message, recent conversation context, and relevant program or lead context. Under Anthropic's API terms, this data is not used to train Anthropic's models.

The “Call Marcel” voice experience is an AI voice agent (it is not a live human). The audio of your call is processed in real time by ElevenLabs to understand you and generate the spoken reply, and a text transcript is saved to your chat history so you can review it. You can end the call at any time.

Connected Instagram & Facebook accounts

If you connect an Instagram or Facebook account to automate direct messages, we store an access token for that account (encrypted at rest), the account's ID and username/handle, and we send and receive direct messages on your behalf through Meta's official APIs. We use this only to run the automations and inbox you set up — we never post publicly, change your account, or message people you haven't chosen to reach.

To run a conversation we also process the direct messages exchanged and the Instagram/Facebook-scoped ID and display name of the person you're messaging. Data obtained through Meta is handled under Meta's Platform Terms. You can disconnect at any time, and you (or anyone whose data we hold) can request deletion — see “Retention and deletion” below.

Who we share with

Service providers that run the App for us: Supabase (hosting, database, file storage), Stream (secure real-time conversation display and synchronization), Anthropic (AI responses), ElevenLabs (real-time voice for “Call Marcel”), PostHog (product analytics and masked session replay), Meta Platforms (Instagram and Facebook, when you connect an account to send and receive direct messages), Expo and Apple/Google (push notification delivery), and our video host for lesson playback. They process data only to provide their service.

HQ staff see program data (progress, logs, comments, AI Assistant conversations) to mentor partners and run the program.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the program.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Some are strictly necessary — they keep you signed in and keep the App secure — and are always on. Others are analytics/diagnostics (PostHog) that help us understand and improve the App, including masked session replay.

Where the law requires your consent for non-essential cookies and analytics (for example in the EEA and UK), we ask before turning them on, and you can change your choice at any time. Strictly necessary cookies don't require consent. We don't use advertising cookies and we don't sell your data.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting your account in the App (Account → Delete account) permanently erases your account and the personal data tied to it — including real-time message copies held by Stream, profile, progress, logs, comments, AI conversations, and uploaded photos — as part of the deletion workflow.

Connected Instagram or Facebook accounts: disconnecting the account in the App, or removing our app from your Instagram/Facebook settings, immediately revokes the access token we stored and stops all automation. To erase the data we obtained through Meta — the connection record and the direct-message history gathered under it — you (or anyone whose data we hold) can use the Data Deletion page (/data-deletion), and deletion requests Meta sends us are honored automatically.

Records we're legally required to keep (for example financial/commission records) may be retained in archival form after deletion.

Your choices and rights

You can edit your profile and agency details in the Toolkit, disable push notifications in your device settings, and delete your account in the App.

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Email support@marcelfernandes.net and we'll honor them.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted with row-level security and least-privilege service roles, and AI link handling is designed so your private links never reach the model. No system is perfectly secure — tell us immediately if you suspect a problem.

Children

The App is for partners 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

We'll update this policy as the App evolves and post the new version here. If a change is material we'll notify you in the App.
